• RESULTS OR CONTENT GENERATED WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• GENERATED AD COPY WILL LEAD TO ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOMES
• THE QUALITY OF GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

3. Limitation of Liability

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

While you retain ownership of your input data, you grant WriteMyAds4Me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your input data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The AI-generated content is provided under a limited license for your business use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
